Silvanais a winter iceberg type from the Sakata lettuce range. This variety has excellent field holding ability and fits well into the late summer to spring sowing slot. Heads are big and have a good sized frame. Silvanatakes 60 – 70 days to mature from seedling transplant. Plants are very uniform and heads have a round shape.
