Milena is a green Batavia type lettuce from Sakata’s breeding program. Milena has a light green colour and a big frame. Extremely slow to bolt and holds well in the field. The leaves of this variety are big, resulting in a high yield potential. Can be used for year-round production in mild climatic conditions. The variety is very adaptable and can be planted in all production areas. Takes 40 – 50 days to mature after transplanting seedlings.
