For the treatment of Pinworm, Ascarid and small and large Strongyle infestations in horses. An affordable year-round dewormer.
Composition
Each gram of Antezole-H contains 767mg of pyrantel pamoate(equivalent to 266mg of pyrantel base).
Dosage
One level of measureful of the powder (about 3.7grams) treats 150kg horse, i.e. a 450kg horse requires 3 level measurefuls. The powder is sweetish but virtually tasteless and is normally readily accepted. This amount is given as a single therapeutic dose.
At double the normal therapeutic dose (i.e. two measurefuls of Antezole-H per 150kg), pyrantel is also effective against the equine Tapeworm ( Anplocephala perfoliata).
