High quality general purpose undercoat with high opacity to mask imperfections with good flow and leveling properties. Interior and exterior use. Provides excellent adhesion to properly primed surfaces. Good gloss hold out. Complies with S.A.B.S. 681-1997 Type 2. Can be sanded to provide a smooth finish. Suitable as an undercoat for properly prepared and primed metal (interior & exterior), wood or hardboard. Suitable as a base coat over primed plaster prior to applying enamel paints. To overcoat enamel to apply a water-based topcoat.
